With a background in operations and leadership, Amanda thrives in environments where collaboration and purpose are at the heart of the mission.
Before joining CRM, Amanda served as CEO of a healthcare services company known for its close-knit culture and shared sense of purpose. Across her career, Amanda championed a leadership style grounded in listening, empathy, and support – always focused on helping teams do their best work for the families they serve.
Amanda is especially drawn to CRM’s mission, driven by her respect for the journeys many take to build their families. She takes pride in “caring for people who care for people.”
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, playing broomball, and baking in her free time. She’s also an avid moviegoer and has a strong personal interest in financial literacy – always eager to learn and share tools for building a more secure future. Amanda and her family love being part of the Minneapolis community, and proud to call Minnesota home.
